Post ScriptSince making the above request I have actually done the work myself, although the "few" megabytes have now grown to over fifty! In many ways, maintaining this web site is now even more of a challenge. If there are would-be volunteers prepared to help me in this regard please drop me a line. Producing a few pages of wonderful-looking HTML doesn't take too much effort. Doing it for 800 or more pages is really hard work, and yours truly has ETIs to detect (and a day job)! Stuart Kingsley
